Linda Bailey is the Principal of Community Strategies Group, Inc. She started her firm in 2006 in response to requests for her expertise. Beginning in 1999, Mrs. Bailey developed a community relations strategy as an employee of New Urban West that led to the largest all-volunteer support group for a development project in the City of Escondido. Mrs. Bailey spent 2 years as the CEO of the Escondido Chamber of Commerce, building and strengthening relationships in North San Diego County. She brings strong relationships with city officials and elected officials throughout all of San Diego County. She served on the Palomar Pomerado Health Board of Directors from 2007-2008. A devoted volunteer and community lover, Mrs. Bailey is either currently or has been involved in more organizations than one can imagine including but not limited to Escondido Chamber of Commerce (Immediate Past Chair 2017-18), San Marcos Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, San Diego North EDC Board, North San Diego Business Chamber Chairman’s Circle, CSUSM University Council, Palomar Foundation Board,
Escondido Sunrise Rotary Board, and many more.

Jenni Cook, Vice President
Jenni Cook joined Community Strategies Group, Inc as a partner in 2008. She works hand and hand with Linda Bailey to make sure each client receives the best possible results. She focuses on new technology such as Social Media, Digital Campaigns, and Media Image as well as event planning and management. Mrs. Cook received her undergraduate degree from UCSB, her MBA in Sports Management from SDSU, and completed the prestigious Leadership North County at CSUSM. Mrs. Cook worked in Public Relations, Media Training, Image Consulting, Sales and Marketing prior to her tenure at CSG. She is member of the BIA of San Diego’s YGEN Organization. When she’s not busy with CSG clients, she is hard at work volunteering with her daughter’s school and activities. Currently she serves as Room Mom, Art Docent, Daisy Troop Treasurer, Soccer Team Mom, Backstage Costume Fitter, and all around crafty lady.
